*New for 2024* Four Beaumont is an ice cream parlour come café. Doggy ice creams available.

Easy to miss at the bottom of Hallgate, the Wentworth is a quality café that does a great Full English. Open Sundays.

The Natural Grocer

Downstairs café. Upstairs lounge offering sharing boards and homemade tapas (tapas Fri and Sat only). 

Perfect for a drink or a snack when you are walking at Tyne Green Country Park. Part of Tynedale Gold Club.

The Forum Café

This upstairs café is part of the cinema. Lovely views of the Market Place. Opening hours vary with screenings.
